Anilox Cleaners
Falls Machine Cleaner
Premium, highly alkaline anilox cleaner designed to clean water-based, UV, and solvent inks in automated cleaning systems. Dilute (1:1) in chemical spraying machines or (1:2) in ultrasonic machines. Not to be used in the presence of aluminum or polyurethane.
Falls 40 Anilox Cleaner
Falls 40 is our standard anilox roll designed to clean water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks in an automatic cleaning system. Dilute (1:1) in chemical spraying machines with less than 10% VOC. Not to be used in the presence of aluminum or polyurethane.
Falls #10 Machine Anilox Cleaner
Designed to clean water-based, UV, and solvent-based inks in an automated cleaning system with a low 10 pH. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Falls X-Cell SUV Aqua Cleaner
A solvent-based cleaner that can be used for hand cleaning or in an automated cleaning system to clean water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.

Falls Ovit Aniloxmatic Cleaner is designed to clean water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks in an Ovit Aniloxmatic machine.
Falls Anilox Gel Cleaner
A gel HAND cleaner that cleans water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks. Place a small amount of Anilox Gel cleaner on the roll and let it sit up to 5 minutes, depending on the condition of the roll. Work into the roll with a press brush if needed, and then clean with water. Do not let it dry on the roll.
Falls Pre-Wash
Specifically formulated to remove hard-to-clean UV- and solvent-based inks before putting anilox rolls or parts into any automated cleaning machine. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Plate Cleaners: Hand or Machine
Falls UV Solvent Cleaner
This is an all-around cleaner. It can also be used in a spray bottle to clean by hand or in a plate cleaner. Cleans water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks.
Falls Solvent Wash
A solvent based cleaner that can be used in a spray bottle to clean by hand or in a plate cleaner. Cleans water-based, UV and solvent based inks.
Plate Cleaner Machine
FCP UV & Solvent Plate Wash
A solvent – based cleaner that can be run in an Ovit or Flexo Wash plate cleaner to clean UV and solvent inks. This cleaner is specially developed with a pH under 10. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Falls WB Machine Cleaner
A water-based cleaner that can be run in an Ovit or Flexo Wash plate cleaner to clean water-based inks. This cleaner is specially developed with a pH under 10. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Press side cleaners and hand washers
Falls Power Wash Concentrate
A solvent – based cleaner that can be mixed and still have the power to remove water-based and UV inks. Dilute 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water or use it straight depending on what you are cleaning. Use in a spray bottle to use as a general shop cleaner and press – side cleaner.
Falls Power Wash Extra
A solvent-based cleaner is used to clean water-based, UV-based, and solvent-based inks and coatings. It can be diluted up to 10 to 1. Works well in a hand parts washer application, used straight for UV inks or mixed with water for a press – side cleaner. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Falls Power Wash Ultra
A solvent-based cleaner is used to clean water-based, UV, and solvent-based inks on the press. It is used in the same manner as the Falls Power Wash Extra but has lower VOC and less smell. Can work well as a hand parts washer if used straight or as a press- side cleaner. Free from potassium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide.
Falls Big Red
A solvent – based cleaner with a surfactant to clean water and UV inks. This will clean well due to having a higher pH, and the surfactant helps lift off the ink and dirt. It can be used as a press – side cleaner.
Falls All – Purpose Cleaner
A solvent – based cleaner to be used as a general-purpose cleaner to clean water-based and UV inks without leaving a greasy residue.
Enclosed Pressure Washer

A solvent-based cleaner is used to clean water-based, UV, and solvent-based inks in an enclosed washer.

Sonic Cleaners

Used in any ultrasonic machine and can use water-based, UV, and solvent-based inks. This highly alkaline anilox roll cleaner should not be used where soft metals are present
